Responsibilities

  • Champion continuous improvement by mentoring sponsors, process owners, and project teams.
  • Inspire a culture of curiosity, agility, and operational excellence.
  • Drive end-to-end Lean and Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, A3, and Rapid Improvement methodologies (Kaizen events).
  • Deliver engaging LSS training and hands-on coaching for belt candidates and improvement teams.
  • Build internal capability and grow future leaders.
  • Create impact, fast: use data-driven analysis and root cause tools to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and optimize performance.
  • Measure what matters: track program progress, certification milestones, and savings metrics. Translate outcomes into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Problem-solve proactively: facilitate structured problem-solving sessions with plant leaders and cross-functional teams. Turn blockers into breakthroughs.
  • Deliver results: lead projects that produce real-world, annualized savings and performance gains across our operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering—manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Formal Lean Six Sigma training or experience with expertise in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven success leading Kaizens and Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills: data analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping.
  • Excellent communicator and natural collaborator—able to influence at every level.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and tight timelines.
  • Driven, resourceful, and ready to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
