[Contingent] Senior Security Task Specialist
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which sections to include based on content. Must not create empty sections.
We have content for About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements (maybe combine Required Qualifications and Required Education + Experience and General Program Requirements? Could be Requirements). Qualifications maybe separate? But we have both Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills. Could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Skills under Skills. Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate. But we should avoid thin sections. Let's think: The posting has "Who You Are (Required Qualifications)" and then "Preferred Skills". Then "Required Education + Experience". Then "General Program Requirements". Could combine all into a Requirements section, with subpoints? But we must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list items.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like certifications, years experience, clearance, citizenship, work hours, location, travel, benefits list.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement (the last paragraph about non-discrimination). Must remove that.
Also must not include "phia LLC ..." description? That is about the company; maybe we can include as About the company? Not a specified heading. Could be part of About the role? Probably not needed. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the company description? It's substantive. But we don't have a heading for it. Could we include a paragraph under About the role? Or maybe we can add a section "About the Company"? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are examples but not exclusive? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings if applicable. It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. The company description could be placed under About the role as a paragraph? Might be okay.
But we need to preserve all substantive information: The company description includes focus areas, services, etc. That is substantive. We could include it as a paragraph after the intro.
We must not include the EEO statement.
We must not include application instructions (none present).
We must not include duplicated lines.

- Knowledge of SCIF construction and accreditation standards.
- Experience preparing organizations for external security inspections and audits.
Then Benefits:
Benefits
- Medical Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Vision Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Short Term & Long Term Disability
- 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match
- Paid Holidays
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Schedule: We already included work hours in Requirements; but we could also have a Schedule section. However we already included work hours in Requirements; duplicating may be redundant. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Schedule section and keep work hours in Requirements. That's fine.
Check for any missing substantive info: The "Focus Areas" at top: "Focus Areas: Security Program Leadership, Personnel Security, Physical Security & Access Control, SCIF Operations, Security Compliance & Assessments, COOP Overview". That's like a summary; we could include that as part of About the role maybe. It's substantive. We should preserve it. We can add a sentence after intro: "The role focuses on Security Program Leadership, Personnel Security, Physical Security & Access Control, SCIF Operations, Security Compliance & Assessments, and COOP Overview." Or incorporate as a list.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that exactly. Let's add a paragraph: "Focus Areas: Security Program Leadership, Personnel Security, Physical Security & Access Control, SCIF Operations, Security Compliance & Assessments, COOP Overview."
Now check for any other info: The location: "On-site - Central Maryland (Baltimore/Washington corridor); situational telework only as approved by the customer". We have that in Work Location bullet.
Status: "Status: Proposal - Contingent upon Award". That's metadata; we could include as a short paragraph maybe under About the role? It's substantive but minor. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short or drop it. So we can include a short p about status.
Also "DISCLAIMER: This position is in support of a pending proposal. Employment is contingent upon contract award." That's also metadata. We can include that as a short p.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Already removed.
Now ensure we didn't repeat any content inadvertently.
Now produce HTML fragment only.
Let's craft final HTML.
We'll have:
