About the role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Technician located in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and restoring items affected by water damage
• Conducting mitigation efforts
• Ensuring proper communication with clients and partners
• Daily tasks including inventory management, cleaning and restoration of items
• Cooking with the broader restoration team to deliver timely solutions

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work on-site
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Previous experience in restoration or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in restoration is advantageous
