This position plays an important role in helping customers recover their personal belongings after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. The Contents Manager will coordinate contents projects from initial inventory and pack-out through cleaning, storage, and final pack-back, while ensuring accurate documentation and excellent communication with our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage contents inventory, pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backsAccurately photograph, document, label, and track customer belongingsCoordinate contents crews and daily project activitiesMaintain organized inventory and storage areasCommunicate regularly with customers regarding the status of their belongings and projectIdentify salvageable and non-salvageable contents and maintain proper documentationEnsure contents are packed, handled, transported, and stored safelyMaintain accurate job documentation and photosCoordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep projects moving efficientlyMaintain SERVPRO standards for professionalism, safety, quality, and customer service What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong inventory and documentation skillsComfortable communicating with customers during stressful situationsLeadership experience and the ability to direct a teamRestoration, contents, moving, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferredValid driver's license and ability to pass applicable employment requirements Join Our Team At SERVPRO, we help make property damage “Like it never even happened.” We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, cares about our customers, and can keep our contents operation organized from start to finish.
