Responsibilities
- Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish
- Cookout pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations
- Schedule crews, vehicles, and daily production activities
- Lead, train, and develop Contents Technicians
- Maintain organization and workflow within the contents warehouse
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and project documentation
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor job quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Aid in estimating and project coordination
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and operational readiness
- Help improve systems, efficiency, and overall division growth
Requirements
- Experience in restoration, moving/storage, warehouse operations, logistics, cleaning, or project management
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in active environments as needed
