Contents & Cleaning Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Pack and Crate
• Cleaning of structure and contents
• Delivery of items back to the customer
• Inventory and load the work vehicle
• Prepare the rooms/areas according to the work to be done
• Comply with security and risk management guidelines
• Communicate with the supervisor and other technicians
• Do cleanup and breakdown at the end of the day or job

Requirements

• Preferable cleaning experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Driver's license (not required but preferred)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling height, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
