Required Skills
- 5–7 years of digital content strategy, content design, UX writing, or digital content creation experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital‑first content strategies for care seekers, healthcare professionals, and researchers.
- Create, update, and optimize content across digital experiences to ensure clarity, accessibility, user‑centering, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to shape user journeys for new and evolving digital experiences.
- Create compelling messaging frameworks, headlines, body copy, microcopy, content structures, and calls to action.
- Lead and support content testing, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve engagement and the user experience.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data, user research, analytics, and performance measurements to guide content decisions and continuous optimization.
- Apply SEO, content governance, accessibility, and UX standards to improve discoverability and usability.
- Simplify complex, technical, scientific, or healthcare information for different audiences.
- Establish and evolve content standards, best practices, and scalable approaches across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, product managers, subject‑matter experts, and other stakeholders.
- Independently manage complex projects and multiple priorities while balancing strategic planning with detailed content development.
Portfolio Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to define a content problem, target audience, goals, and strategic approach.
- Show strong UX writing and content design, including headlines, body copy, CTAs, microcopy, and content structure.
- Provide examples of identifying and solving content or user‑experience challenges.
- Illustrate the use of analytics, user research, A/B testing, or experimentation to improve content.
- Show understanding of SEO, search behavior, and content discoverability.
- Evidence of user‑centered thinking and how user needs or behavior influenced content decisions.
- Demonstrate the ability to simplify complex, technical, scientific, or healthcare information.
- Include measurable results, key learnings, or evidence that the work improved the user experience or achieved business goals.
