Content Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Strategist with a focus on UX writing for web and mobile experiences, including responsive design. You will collaborate with design teams and business partners to create effective, end-to-end customer experiences across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Work directly and collaboratively with Design teams and business partners to develop and produce effective customer experiences.
• Understand customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to work within project parameters.
• Create content that upholds the organization’s tone of voice.
• Simplify the customer experience through succinct, thoughtful, and enjoyable microcopy.
• Deliver legal and ADA-compliant copy decks based on established style guides.
• Support, develop, and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, or equivalent work experience.
• UX writing experience concentrating on web and mobile experiences, with an understanding of responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital experiences and UX writing.
• Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Sketch, InVision, and other common software platforms.

Nice to have

• Background or strong interest in banking, treasury services, payments, or financial operations.

Pay

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 a year.
