Responsibilities

  • Capture and produce photo and video content for retail locations, products, events, partnerships, and community initiatives.
  • Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
  • Develop content that supports product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Execute on-location content shoots across retail stores and events.
  • Edit video content for social media, digital advertising, website, email, and internal communications.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements to enhance campaign performance.
  • Optimize content formats for multiple platforms and audience segments.
  • Manage post-production workflows including color correction, audio editing, and graphic integration.
  • Organize, catalog, and maintain photography and video assets.
  • Assist in content calendar planning and execution.
  • Recommend new content opportunities and creative approaches based on industry trends and platform best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, videography, photography, or related creative fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Experience producing content for social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows and visual storytelling principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cannabis compliance guidelines and platform restrictions is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable renting gear and working with agencies, models, and external partners as needed.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
  • Open availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
