About the role
The Content Specialist owns M3’s digital presence and content across all three divisions: M3 MEP, M3 Components, and M3 Service. This role produces the project stories, case studies, videos, and social media content that keeps M3 visible and credible in its target markets.
Responsibilities
- Own M3’s social media presence and content calendar across all three divisions
- Produce and publish content tailored to M3's audiences across all three divisions, reflecting active projects, company milestones, and market positioning
- Keep M3’s websites current with new project completions, team updates, and division content
- Aid the Marketing Director in managing and executing PR and SEO/SEM strategies and campaigns
- Maintain a growing, organized asset library (project information, case studies, photography and other assets)
- Produce case studies and project stories for use across channels, including the website, social media, email, and proposal support
- Own the content side of video production including scripting, shot lists, and creative direction in collaboration with outsourced production vendors
- Manage photography, videography, and other vendor relationships
- Own the production and distribution of M3’s email and nurture campaigns across all three divisions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing content, communications, or a related field; construction, engineering, or technical industry experience a plus
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to make complex technical work accessible and compelling to a non-technical audience
- Strong graphic design skills with the ability to conceptualize, layout, and produce printed and digital marketing materials from start to finish
- Experience managing social media and email platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Mailchimp)
- Experience managing vendor relationships for creative production (photographers, videographers, or designers)
- Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a content calendar across multiple projects and divisions without close supervision
- A collaborative working style and a high standard for quality and excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
Pay
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 DOE also eligible to participate in Mark III Annual Bonus Plan
