Key Responsibilities
- Adapt workflow to each partner's connectivity setup — operating as a quality checker where content integrations exist, and executing full builds where they don't
- Build working knowledge of each partner's setup to anticipate requirements ahead of time
- Surface recurring blockers, content gaps, and partner-specific quirks back to the Content Ops Lead on a regular basis
- Manage multiple property builds simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Build out room-level content for hotel property pages, following the structure and quality standards established by the Media Ops team
- Use AI prompts to draft, refine, and iterate on room descriptions and supporting copy, with human review for accuracy and tone
- Tag and organize photography at the property and room level
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content production, editorial, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong written English with a solid grasp of grammar, spelling, usage, and punctuation
- Comfort with AI-assisted writing tools and a willingness to learn prompting techniques to draft and refine copy
- Highly organized; able to manage structured workflows and juggle multiple projects against deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in copy and imagery
- Basic comfort with photo organization and tagging
- Proficient in Google Suite applications
Paid Benefits
Pay Rate Range: $48-53/hr W-2
