Role Overview
The Content Regulatory Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing the creation, review, and delivery of regulatory submission documentation for digital experiences. This role serves as the primary liaison between Content Design, Product Design, Product/Project Management, and Regulatory teams to ensure documentation is tracked, accurately reflects approved experiences, and is submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of regulatory submission documentation
- Work closely with Content Design and UX Design to understand flows, logic, states, and content variations
- Ensure regulatory documentation accurately reflects approved digital experiences and content
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Content Design team between Content Design, Product Design, Product/Project Management, and Regulatory teams
- Partner with teams to define submission timelines, dependencies, and documentation requirements
- Communicate documentation status, risks, blockers, and delivery updates to stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of digital experiences to validate that screenshots, annotations, logic, and supporting materials align with approved experiences
- Perform detailed QA reviews to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Track multiple submission efforts simultaneously across varying timelines and priorities
- Recommend and implement opportunities to improve documentation workflows, templates, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, and skills
- 2–4 years of related project management experience; with a background in Content Design, UX Writing, UX Design, Project Management, or related digital experience field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
