Content Lead

About the role

We're hiring a Content Lead. Not just someone who makes videos, and not just someone who plans them, you do both. You understand what works, why it works, and how to produce it at scale. This role spans a co-hosted founder show, day-in-the-life style content, and talking-head brand audits—deep-dive breakdowns of a brand's counterfeit exposure that double as outbound marketing assets. You'll help decide which formats work best and build repeatable systems around them. We're hiring for experience, not potential; this isn't a role to learn short-form video on the job.

Responsibilities

• Own the content engine: develop formats, series, and repeatable content systems
• Create high-performing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (ideate, script, film, edit, publish)
• Edit and produce for performance with strong captions, structure, and timing
• Test, learn, and scale through rapid experimentation

Requirements

• Have grown an audience of 10K-50K+ followers and have made hundreds of TikToks or Instagram Reels
• Understand hooks, retention, and distribution deeply
• Comfortable and compelling on camera doing talking-head style content
• Think in content systems, not one-off videos
• Constantly spot content opportunities in real time
• Creator-first but strategically sharp
• Fast, independent, and high-output
• Strong editor with excellent storytelling instincts
• Data-aware, you understand what's working and why, and are comfortable owning both direction and execution

Pay

$90,000 - $120,000 base salary
