Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of content across digital channels, including web, social, email, and campaigns
- Manage content calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive, high quality content
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, brand consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives
- Coordinate stakeholder input and approvals throughout the content production process
- Ensure content is optimized for performance, including SEO, engagement, and conversion goals
- Maintain organization of content assets and documentation across projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or another relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate/property management industries
- Experience managing content production in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital channels, and marketing workflows
- Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
- Strong editing and quality assurance abilities with attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess content performance is preferred
Pay
Exempt (not overtime eligible)
Schedule
In-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
