Content Moderation Specialist at Digi Nikita Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year About The Role The Content Moderation Specialist will review assigned content against documented guidelines, record moderation decisions, and escalate ambiguous or sensitive cases through the appropriate review process. Key Responsibilities Review assigned text, images, profiles, or other content against current moderation guidelines.Apply documented policy criteria consistently and record the reason for each required moderation action.Escalate ambiguous, high-risk, or policy-sensitive cases instead of making unsupported interpretations.Maintain accurate case notes and status information for reviewed content.Participate in quality checks and use feedback to improve consistency of future decisions.Handle potentially sensitive material and user information in accordance with access requirements. Qualifications Working knowledge of Marketing Coordination, Content Scheduling, and Social Media.Ability to apply Campaign Support and Reporting accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
