Position Overview
The Content Manager connects the Removery brand across various channels, ensuring all content is on-brand, accurate, and purposeful. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role involves managing content on the website, coordinating email/SMS marketing, and supporting in-studio and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day content management on Removery.com, including website updates, new location pages, promotions, and blog/resource content
Coordinate with the digital/web team for timely, accurate, and on-brand content deployment
Audit existing web content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
Write, edit, and manage content for all customer-facing email/SMS communications, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, and transactional messages
Partner with the Call Center and CRM teams to build a content-first strategy
Ensure email/SMS copy and design assets meet brand standards before deployment
Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Write and update in-studio content assets including signage, brochures, consent materials, and graphics
Collaborate with Studio Operations to understand in-studio content needs and develop content to support operational needs
Maintain an organized asset library that studio teams can access easily and consistently
Ensure all physical materials reflect current brand standards and any regional or regulatory variations
Support the development and management of internal content across channels such as Slack, email newsletters, and intranet/knowledge bases
Ensure internal communications align with brand voice and reinforce Removery's culture and values
Partner with HR/People & Culture and Operations teams to develop and distribute team-facing content for campaigns, training, and announcements
Help ensure all internal-facing brand communications are consistent with the external brand
Manage content intake requests from cross-functional teams and prioritize against Creative Director guidance
Manage the master LLM that maintains our content across AI agents
Manage a master content calendar that integrates all channels and stakeholder needs
Brief and manage freelance copywriters and content producers as needed
Required Qualifications
4+ years of content management, copywriting, or content marketing experience
Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, tone, and consistency
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, or similar)
Excellent organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
Collaborative, low-ego, and solutions-oriented approach to cross-functional work
Experience in consumer-facing brands, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Basic design sensibility and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Understanding of SEO best practices and how content drives organic performance
