About the role

The Content Marketing Manager leads the strategy, development, and execution of content and communications for two key audiences: members and clients (external insurance account holders) and employees (internal associates). The role is primarily responsible for member-facing communications that support engagement, retention, education, and brand experience across digital, email, SMS, web, and campaign channels. The role also supports employee communications that inform and engage internal teams.

Salary: USD 91,649 per year
