Role Summary
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing high-quality content strategies that resonate with security and IT decision-makers. This role involves creating a variety of long-form and short-form materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting marketing campaigns to enhance brand authority and engagement. The position requires a hands-on approach to content creation and campaign support within a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-form thought leadership content such as sponsored articles, white papers, executive briefs, and research-backed reports focused on AI and cyber defense.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine content and project communications.
- Write email newsletters, organic social media posts, and other promotional materials to extend campaign reach across multiple channels.
- Create copy for landing pages and educational hubs, guiding prospects deeper into the marketing funnel.
- Produce compelling short-form content for paid media, advertising, and ongoing marketing initiatives to increase awareness and engagement.
- Own the updating and optimization of core marketing assets ensuring messaging remains current and relevant.
- Support campaign planning and execution by providing content and strategic input.
- Coordinate with design and digital teams to ensure content aligns visually and contextually across channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Contribute to the overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, marketing, or related roles within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible content.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media, and content management platforms.
- Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-form and short-form content tailored to targeted audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay
$54.00 – $57.00 Hourly
