About The Role

The Content Marketing Manager owns the content engine end-to-end, translating complex product features and industry trends into compelling, high-converting narrative assets. Operating at the intersection of brand storytelling and demand generation, this role is responsible for driving organic acquisition and establishing thought leadership in a competitive B2B technology landscape. Working closely with product, SEO, and demand-generation teams, the role designs and executes a multi-channel editorial calendar. The goal is to build deep trust with technical and executive audiences through highly-researched written work, ranging from deep-dive blog posts and whitepapers to case studies and interactive web content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with SEO targets, product launches, and demand generation goals
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality technical content including long-form guides, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, value-driven narratives
  • Manage external freelance writers, editors, and designers to scale content production without sacrificing editorial quality
  • Optimize existing web copy and blog posts for SEO performance, keyword rankings, and organic conversion rates
  • Analyze content performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, Semrush, and HubSpot, reporting weekly on traffic, engagement, and pipeline attribution

What We Are Looking For

  • 4-7 years of content marketing experience, specifically within a B2B SaaS or technical product environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing capability, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging stories
  • Proven experience with SEO best practices, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz), and content management systems (WordPress or Webflow)
  • Strong project-management skills with a track record of managing editorial calendars and external agency or freelance resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Bonus: Experience with basic HTML/CSS, graphic design tools like Figma or Canva, and video/podcast production
