Responsibilities

  • Own Monumint's content and marketing strategy.
  • Create and manage content across LinkedIn and other social channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent stream of high-quality content.
  • Leverage AI tools to create content and move quickly.
  • Work with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to create case studies, product launch content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing assets, or create them independently when needed.
  • Measure performance of marketing initiatives and continuously refine the strategy based on results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably at an early-stage financial services / fintech company.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft impactful copy.
  • Experience managing company social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop new marketing ideas and campaigns.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
