About the role

The Content Manager will lead the creation of all customer-facing content for Deasy Labs, including ads, web, social, video scripts, event graphics, technical content, and partnership announcements. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work closely with the founders and product leadership to ensure that every piece of copy under the Deasy name is sharp, specific, and unmistakably theirs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the writing that fuels every customer-facing surface, ads, web, social, video scripts, event graphics, technical content, and partnership announcements.
  • Pitch and prioritize alongside marketing leadership, but bring your own ideas for what Deasy should be writing about.
  • Write the headlines, hooks, and body copy for every paid campaign Deasy runs, keeping the pipeline full and testing new angles.
  • Own the words on every page of deasylabs.com, from the homepage hero to the deepest product page, including net-new pages built for AEO and competitive positioning.
  • Write scripts for short-form video, ensuring they are watchable and compelling.
  • Write long-form and technical content that moves comfortably between deeply technical and broadly accessible.
  • Write launch copy for major product or partnership announcements, and build a library of web pages supporting Deasy’s competitive market positioning.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of writing experience in tech, with a portfolio showing range, ads, web, long-form, social, scripts.
  • Technical fluency: ability to read and understand technical docs and product demos.
  • Category-defining instincts: track record of writing for first-to-market products and inventing the language the market will eventually adopt.
  • Independent judgment: can take a brief and ship a finished asset without extensive feedback.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools to solve real-world business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.

Skills

  • Generator of ideas, not just an executor of them.
  • Obsessed with marketing and writing.
  • Self-starter who can see gaps and fill them without being asked.
  • Ability to rewrite existing content and build a library of web pages.
