Responsibilities
- Create and maintain enterprise knowledge content within the Knowledge Management platform
- Develop AI-ready content using established templates, metadata, and content standards
- Support onboarding and training for business teams using the Knowledge Management platform
- Guide users on content authoring best practices and publishing processes
- Support GenAI capabilities including AI-generated content, smart tagging, metadata generation, and content optimization
- Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Execute testing of content workflows and platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvements
- Monitor content quality, engagement, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve content operations
Requirements
- Experience with Knowledge Management or enterprise content management platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting content operations or documentation processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with GenAI tools or AI-enabled workflows is preferred
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or healthcare is a plus
