About Our Client:CareerVillage.org operates in the nonprofit technology sector, focusing on expanding access to career information and advice for underrepresented populations. The organization addresses the challenge of limited career resources by developing AI-driven career coaching tools designed to enhance career development opportunities and support diverse learners. 2. About the Opportunity:The Content & Curriculum Associate role is central to advancing the quality and impact of the organization’s AI Career Coach. This position is responsible for developing and refining career development content, ensuring it meets learner needs and organizational goals. The role contributes by translating career coaching expertise into structured, high-quality content and quality control systems to measure coaching effectiveness, thereby enhancing the AI coach’s ability to deliver personalized support. 3. Responsibilities:Lead creation and continuous updating of career development content across multiple topics.Develop instructional design-based prompts guiding AI interactions with users.Collect and integrate feedback from stakeholders to improve content.Support the development of evaluative criteria for coaching quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with platform goals.Apply career advising expertise to inform content strategy focused on accessibility and transformation. 4. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in career advising, coaching, or related roles.Instructional designer experience or relevant career coaching certification.Proven ability to translate coaching knowledge into structured learning content.Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.Familiarity with career development theories and pedagogical frameworks.Strong communication and project management skills.Preferred: experience assisting job seekers internationally or in trade industries. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Starting salary of $85,000 to $100,000401(k) matching$1,500 professional development budget 6.
