Content Design, Vice President- Design Systems
About the role
Elevate user engagement through strategic content design, fostering inclusive and intuitive digital experiences. As a Content Design Vice President on the Design System team, you will develop and execute content plans for inclusive, usable product experiences and shape customer journeys through content. You will lead strategically important initiatives, drive innovative solutions to complex problems, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Working closely with design, product, technology, and risk partners, you will create clear, engaging, user‑friendly content that communicates complex concepts to a diverse audience while championing inclusive language and customer experience. You will help scale standards across products by translating voice, tone, accessibility, and risk requirements into structured, reusable content patterns and rules that teams can apply consistently. As products incorporate dynamic and AI‑assisted interactions, you will deliver curated content direction and context into agentic pipelines so both humans and AI systems can produce consistent, compliant outputs with less drift.
