Position OverviewThe Content Creator (Videographer) is responsible for capturing high-quality, engaging video content for assigned client accounts. This role focuses on executing on-site productions, translating creative concepts into compelling visual content, and ensuring footage aligns with approved strategies, brand standards, and production objectives. The Videographer works closely with Creative Strategists, Content Managers, and Editors to ensure seamless production execution and consistent content quality. Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production: Execute on-site video shoots for assigned client accounts, capturing high-quality footage aligned with approved creative strategies and shot lists.Camera & Equipment Operation: Independently operate professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools to maintain consistent technical quality.Creative Execution: Translate scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs into visually engaging content that reflects each client's brand identity and objectives.On-Site Direction: Direct talent, coordinate scenes, manage shot composition, and make real-time creative adjustments during production.Production Preparation: Review production materials, prepare equipment, assess filming locations, and ensure readiness ahead of scheduled shoots.Footage Management: Organize, label, and upload raw footage accurately and within established deadlines to support efficient post-production workflows.Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Creative Strategists, Content Managers, and Editors to ensure footage meets creative requirements and production expectations.Production Communication & Accountability: Maintain organized production documentation, arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shoots, and proactively communicate updates, challenges, or blockers. Qualifications & ExpectationsStrong understanding of videography, cinematography, composition, lighting, and audio recording.Hands-on experience operating professional camera equipment and independently executing video shoots.Ability to interpret creative briefs, scripts, and shot lists into high-quality visual content.Familiarity with short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing production environments.Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple client productions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Comfortable directing talent and collaborating with clients during on-site productions.Reliable transportation and availability to travel to filming locations throughout the Denver, CO area.Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and accountable for assigned responsibilities. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in videography, commercial production, social media content creation, or related fields. Agency experience, experience filming branded content, and a portfolio demonstrating independent camera operation and on-site production capabilities are advantageous. Location Requirement: This is an in-person, production-based position requiring candidates to be located in or near Denver, CO. Candidates must be available to attend scheduled client shoots and execute filming responsibilities on-site.
