Content Creator - TikTok, Instagram Reels
About the role
Our client, a boutique PR agency in Dallas, is looking for a Content Creator to shoot social media content showcasing high-end real estate properties and appear as on-screen talent. This ongoing, part-time contract requires onsite visits to various Dallas-based properties and starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality vertical content of on-site at luxury real estate properties
- Follow a provided shot list, appear on camera when needed, and coordinate with the property team to film units, amenities, and nearby lifestyle spots like cafes and restaurants
- Upload all video content to Google Drive for the client's team to edit
- Ensure content is optimized for TikTok and Instagram
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, placemaking, or lifestyle content creation
- Ability to capture visually compelling video content using an iPhone (preferred) or camera
- Utilizing your creative eye and strong understanding of what performs well on TikTok and Instagram to inform content shots along with the provided shot list
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with properties
- Availability for recurring part-time, project-based work
Work Environment
This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. You may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa and be physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States.
