Location: Los Angeles, CA Work Arrangement: In-office during training → Hybrid after training Experience: 3+ years Salary: 20 to 22$ per hour Job Description We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Video Content Creator who can develop social media strategies while taking ownership of video content creation, including shooting and editing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, and video production, with a proven portfolio demonstrating their ability to create engaging video content. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies for client accountsPlan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media platformsCreate engaging Reels, TikToks, and other video contentDevelop content ideas based on client goals, target audiences, and current trendsHandle video production from concept and scripting through shooting and editingManage content calendars and coordinate social media executionStay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform best practicesAnalyze content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and reachCollaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective content Requirements 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related roleMust be Los Angeles-based/local and available to work in-office during the training periodProven experience developing social media strategies for brands or clientsStrong video shooting and editing skillsPortfolio is mandatory, with a strong focus on video workProficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similarStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platformsGood understanding of current social media trends and content formatsStrong communication and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects What We’re Looking For Someone who can think strategically, create content, and execute — not just schedule posts.
