Content & Creator Operation Expert - Lemon8
About the role
Lemon8 is a social media platform focused on lifestyle content including fashion, beauty, and wellness. The Content Creation Team builds and scales high-quality vertical content, collaborating with creators and analyzing user data to optimize content and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Based on data analysis, content understanding, and user research, identify and address supply and consumption issues in vertical content, and collaborate with other departments to optimize the end-to-end process.
- Participate in creator strategy formulation, assess the current status of vertical content and creator pain points, and support creators in producing high-quality content.
- Contribute to regional vertical content operation strategies, participate in strategy formulation, and set quantifiable goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in vertical content operations, including trend identification, content direction planning, and day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrated experience working with creators, including onboarding, communication, and basic creator management.
- Solid understanding of platform-based content ecosystems and vertical dynamics, including user content consumption patterns and performance variations.
- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
- Experience in social media or influencer marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech company.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70,304 - $159,600 annually. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits vary based on employment type and location, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and various wellbeing benefits. Employees receive 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (pro-rated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
