Content Creator
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality vertical content on-site at luxury real estate properties
- Follow a provided shot list, coordinating with the property team to film units, amenities, and nearby lifestyle spots
- Upload all video content into Google Drive for the team to edit
- Ensure content is optimized for TikTok and Instagram
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, placemaking, or lifestyle content creation
- Ability to capture visually compelling video content using an iPhone (preferred) or camera
- Understanding of what performs well on TikTok and Instagram
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with properties
- Able to work for recurring work, typically 2-hour on-site visits
