About Swish Breaks
Swish Breaks is a sports and entertainment company focused on the trading card hobby. They run daily live shows on platforms like Fanatics Live, Whatnot, and TikTok, featuring breaks of cards from Sports Pokémon, WWE, Disney, and other franchises under channels such as Swish Breaks, Swish Wax, Swish Bats, Swish Smash, Swish Sealed, and PokéSwish. They are expanding their social presence and building a dynamic content engine.
The Role
We're seeking a Content Creator Intern who can contribute to live streams, behind-the-scenes content, and other forms of content creation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable on camera, able to ideate, shoot, and appear in content that engages viewers. This role requires collaboration with streamers and the ability to cover live events and trending moments in real time.
What You'll Do
- Ideate and pitch content daily, including series concepts, one-offs, and real-time reactions.
- Shoot original content using various equipment—behind-the-scenes, interviews, skits, vlogs, and on-the-floor coverage.
- Appear on camera when necessary, hosting segments and guiding viewers through content.
- Collaborate with streamers to develop series and one-off content showcasing their personalities.
- Cover live events and shows across Fanatics, Whatnot, and TikTok, focusing on Swish Wax, Swish Bats, Swish Smash, Swish Sealed, and PokéSwish.
- React to trending sports and pop culture moments in real time.
- Use the social spreadsheet to track performance and inform future content ideas.
What We're Looking For
You should have experience creating content for yourself, brands, creators, or side hustles. Comfortable on camera is essential, along with strong instincts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Genuine fandom for sports, trading cards, Pokémon, WWE, or pop culture is also required. The role is self-starting and idea-driven, with a focus on learning and growth.
