- Concept, script, shoot, and edit short-form and mid-form video content as well as static assets using mobile and lightweight production tools.
- Move fluidly from ideation → production → publishing — often within the same day.
- Capture real-time brand moments, community stories, partnerships, and cultural trends.
- Develop creative ideas that tap into real-time cultural trends, creator formats, and consumer passions.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring brand campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives to life through social-first storytelling.
- Assist in the production and editing of paid social video content.
- Assist with creative productions.
- Creative Innovation & Trendspotting:
- Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, and creator best practices.
- Pitch fresh, innovative content ideas weekly to keep Athletic culturally relevant.
- Experiment with new storytelling approaches, formats, and features to elevate brand presence.
- Monitor comments and messages, identify opportunities for engagement, and help foster a positive and engaged community.
Qualifications
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and consistently delivers high-quality weekly output.
- A strong visual storyteller with a deep understanding of what makes audiences stop scrolling.
- Comfortable being scrappy - shooting on iPhone or lightweight tools, and editing content quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Energized by feedback and motivated to continuously improve your craft.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and brings positive, high-integrity energy to the team.
- Comfortable being on-camera or directing on-camera talent.
Skills and Experience
