Eightball is hiring high-energy college students in the United States who genuinely enjoy creating short-form content and want to become stronger creators.

This role is for people who are comfortable being on camera, bringing personality into videos, experimenting with ideas, and improving based on feedback.

Hiring process

• Round 1: Selected applicants will submit a short video talking about something that genuinely excites them.
• Round 2: Final interview with our team.
