The Opportunity
We're building Million Dollar Nurse, a new YouTube channel for nurses and caretakers across America looking to advance their careers. Nurses are one of the largest and hardest-working groups in the country, but they have few resources available to them to help them outside of the classroom. We're changing that, becoming the place nurses go to learn and progress.
The first step to realizing this vision is a YouTube channel similar to CeraVe’s Daily Derm. From there, we'll build out a newsletter, an engaged community, and eventually a hub of free resources, similar to what The White Coat Investor is for doctors. You'll be the person who makes that happen, both behind the scenes and on camera.
What You'll Own
- Runs the channel – from ideation to hosting to production
- Has a scriptwriter and editor reporting to you
- Leads the team while showing up on camera as the voice of Million Dollar Nurse
What That Means In Practice
- On camera 3-4 hours per week
- Hosts both the daily shorts and the weekly long-form videos
- Sets the content strategy
