Content & Creative Strategist
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Content & Creative Strategist with a preference for candidates based in Foxboro, MA; Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN will be considered as secondary locations. This role is perfect for someone who needs to feed both a creative and operational brain, a person who likes to oversee the full lifecycle of creation and execution and whose storytelling skills are top notch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of content for a variety of segments.
- Develop innovative, fresh and diverse strategies across the customer journey.
- Manage the development of programs of work for campaigns (print and digital), events (3rd party, proprietary, etc), social media, web, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of content creation and ensure it aligns with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Ensure feedback loop of campaign and content progress and success.
- Refines strategies and drives continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI tools in workflows to enhance content ideation and production efficiency.
- Manage internal and external creative partners and vendors—from briefing and onboarding through delivery and quality control—to ensure work is on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Directors, to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or campaign strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to drive creative execution, explore diverse approaches, and identify the most effective strategies for brand impact.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization to embrace new, innovative approaches to content.
- Experience with content creation workflows for both internal and external agencies.
- Proficiency in content creation and workflows.
Compensation
The expected compensation range for this U.S. based position is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
