Content Coordinator

Hustle Notice Biz is hiring a Content Coordinator to coordinate campaigns, content, communications, events, research, or audience activity with accurate follow-through. The position supports recruiting, staffing, candidate communication, client service, business development, and operational coordination and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Support content coordinator work connected with recruiting, staffing, candidate communication, client service, business development, and operational coordination.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, status trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, review, schedule, or coordinate role-appropriate content, campaigns, communications, or event materials.
• Track activity and performance indicators and prepare clear updates for internal or client review.
• Coordinate deadlines and handoffs with teammates, clients, vendors, venues, or creative partners as appropriate.
• Quality-check deliverables and keep campaign, communication, or event records organized.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, and deadline management.
• Comfort learning marketing, social, content, analytics, spreadsheet, or project tools appropriate to the role.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain accurate status information.
• Professional communication with teammates, clients, customers, or vendors.
• Portfolio or direct experience is useful where relevant, but transferable project or communication experience can also qualify.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$58,500 - $68,500 per year
