Content Coordinator

Holidays Travel Cia Ltda. has a full-time opening for a Content Coordinator supporting domestic and international travel advisory, reservations, itinerary planning, customer service, and travel sales.

About the role

Coordinate the creation, review, publishing, organization, and performance tracking of digital content. This position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain content calendars, briefs, owners, deadlines, approvals, source files, and publishing status.
• Coordinate copy, graphics, video, web, email, or social assets with writers, designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts.
• Edit and quality-check content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, links, formatting, accessibility, and approved messaging across travel advisory and reservations.
• Publish or schedule approved content in the appropriate CMS, email, social, or digital platform.
• Maintain organized content libraries, final assets, metadata, update history, and reusable source materials.
• Track content performance and prepare basic engagement, traffic, conversion, or distribution summaries.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and digital-content coordination skills.
• Comfort using CMS, social, email, collaboration, spreadsheet, and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple content deadlines, revisions, and approvals accurately.
• Good judgment about tone, audience, source accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Strong attention to detail when publishing and maintaining digital assets.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$65,000 - $73,000 per year
