Content Coordinator

Dinamic AS Group has an opening for a Content Coordinator within its premium travel planning, private experiences, customer communication, trip coordination, and travel sales. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

About the role

As the Content Coordinator, you will coordinate the creation, review, publishing, organization, and performance tracking of digital content.

Responsibilities

• Maintain content calendars, briefs, owners, deadlines, approvals, source files, and publishing status.
• Coordinate copy, graphics, video, web, email, or social assets with writers, designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts.
• Edit and quality-check content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, links, formatting, accessibility, and approved messaging across premium travel planning.
• Publish or schedule approved content in the appropriate CMS, email, social, or digital platform.
• Maintain organized content libraries, final assets, metadata, update history, and reusable source materials.
• Track content performance and prepare basic engagement, traffic, conversion, or distribution summaries.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and digital-content coordination skills.
• Comfort using CMS, social, email, collaboration, spreadsheet, and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple content deadlines, revisions, and approvals accurately.
• Good judgment about tone, audience, source accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Strong attention to detail when publishing and maintaining digital assets.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$64,000 - $73,000 per year
