Content Associate Producer

The Associate Producer, reporting to the Senior Manager Content Operations, is responsible for building the livestreaming and social content function and establishing processes for high volume, high quality live and short form content across various platforms.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and requires daily work from our West Chester, PA headquarters. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. You will need to be available to work any day of the week and comfortable working both day and night shifts.

What You'll Do

• Develop efficiencies in pre-production processes to prepare host and producer notes for high volume product streams.
• Work with Producers to coordinate and assist with live and short form social content production.
• Deliver final, quality-controlled content to platform owners, filling in for producer roles as necessary.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate workflow issues to streamline production.
• Stay updated on social and streaming best practices and trends in content production.
• Review content metrics with the management team to evaluate production elements affecting viewership, engagement, and conversion within the customer base.
• Determine and implement next steps based on data analysis.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in television/media production or related field.
• An undergraduate degree in Television/Media Production, Communications, or a related field, with a working knowledge of a live studio environment.
• Knowledge of video production equipment and editing platforms (Adobe Premiere, Capcut).
• Vast knowledge of social and streaming best practices and trends.
