Contact Center Representative - Customer Service
Location: Orchard Park, NY – This position is performed onsite, with opportunities for a hybrid schedule based on tenure and performance.
About the role
The Contact Center Representative supports college‑wide enrollment efforts by providing high‑volume recruitment‑related call support to prospective students. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, team environment and excel at building relationships over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Call, contact, and connect prospective students to a Bryant & Stratton College admissions office via warm phone transfer.
- Meet or exceed established phone and conversion goals for each session/semester, including Close %.
- Capture and record lead/marketing data across multiple systems promptly and accurately.
- Deliver prepared scripting to potential students, using persuasion and relationship‑building skills to encourage persistence through the enrollment process.
- Provide students and inbound callers with a world‑class experience by effectively managing time.
- Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned, with or without notice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Internet savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook.
- High degree of phone etiquette, problem‑solving ability, and capacity to build rapport.

Schedule
Monday – Friday; ability to work some evenings and Saturdays. Secondary holidays may be scheduled work days.
Pay
Base salary $39,000 per year ($18.75 per hour). This position is eligible for overtime. Compensation details are a good‑faith estimate; total compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
