About the Opportunity

The Contact Center Representative role focuses on member outreach and feedback collection related to in-home health risk assessments. This position is responsible for conducting survey calls to members, gathering insights on their experiences, and ensuring their feedback is accurately recorded and communicated. The role contributes to improving service quality and member satisfaction by identifying issues and facilitating follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

• C Conduct outbound survey calls to members scheduled for in-home health risk assessments.
• E Explain the purpose of the call and encourage honest feedback.
• A Administer structured survey questions about scheduling, communication, and assessment satisfaction.
• C Collect additional comments or suggestions to improve future experiences.
• A Accurately record survey responses and feedback in the database or survey platform.
• F Flag negative feedback, urgent issues, or follow-up requests to appropriate departments.

Requirements

• E Eligible to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States.
• E Access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Hourly rate of $13 per hour plus benefits. Shift hours from 07:00 AM PST to 04:00 PM PST. Remote position within the United States.
