Consumer Study Coordinator (Part-Time - 2nd shift) - Richmond, Virginia

About the role

This is a part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates with the flexibility to work between the hours of 4:30pm-9:30pm, Monday-Friday based on business needs. Occasional morning and Saturday shifts are a possibility.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and maintenance of all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations
• Entering and updating study information into computer systems
• Collecting and organizing panelist’s paperwork and documentation
• Developing positive participant communications and relationships

Requirements

• Great customer service and administrative skills
• Ability to work a part-time flexible schedule
• Consumer/market research experience is preferred
• Ability to work in an environment with daily exposure to second-hand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes
• Must be 21 years of age or older to work around tobacco products (per Code of Virginia 18.2-371.2B)

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Primary hours are 4:30pm-9:30pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional morning and Saturday shifts.
