Consumer Affairs Specialist- Part-time

This position provides top-notch customer service to consumers of Gorilla Glue and O’Keeffe’s products, answering inquiries and concerns received by phone, e-mail, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to consumers by listening and responding timely to all inquiries and concerns.
• Document each consumer contact in the Consumer Affairs database and follow specifications for data entry.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth product knowledge to assist consumers with projects and product selection.
• Create brand awareness to develop loyal consumers.
• Monitor consumer feedback and report issues to management.
• Assist with Consumer Affairs and general office duties including mail, supplies, filing, and other tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
