Consumer Engagement Ambassador - Monster Energy

Ambassador Overview

The Consumer Engagement Team is dedicated to creating excitement and energizing communities through engaging consumer experiences. Ambassadors are responsible for generating trial of Monster Energy products and building impactful relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Cans in Hands: Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling
• Brand Ambassador: Embody the Monster Energy brand and excite others about our product
• Building Impactful Relationships: Enhance opportunities for the sales division by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
• Consumer Engagement: Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling
• Consumer Engagement: Approach consumers who “need” energy and generate trial
• Consumer Engagement: Distribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyalty
• Consumer Engagement: Responsibly care for program materials assets for Monster Energy Company
• Consumer Engagement: Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers
• Merchandising: Merchandise MEC products in the cold vault and in coolers
• Merchandising: Conduct routine store checks to ensure MEC products are stocked on shelves according to in-store schematics
• Merchandising: Check that all Point of Sale (POS) is correctly and accurately displayed at store level
• Merchandising: Transmit daily account data via app-based tools

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• May be required to travel when necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts (2 shifts per month required) including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
• Must be able to commute to storage warehouse located in 21090 zip code

Pay

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $20 - $21 USD.

Schedule

Scheduled hours up to Management discretion.
