Ambassador Overview

The Consumer Engagement Team is dedicated to creating excitement and energizing communities through engaging consumer experiences. Ambassadors are responsible for generating trial of Monster Energy products, building impactful relationships, and ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Cans in Hands: Generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling and distribute POS to consumers.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody the Monster Energy brand and encourage others to try our products.
  • Building Impactful Relationships: Support sales efforts by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • May be required to travel when necessary.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Must be able to commute to a storage warehouse located in 21090 zip code.

Pay

Monster Energy provides a competitive hourly pay range of $20 - $21 USD.

Schedule

Scheduled hours are up to management discretion.
