Ambassador Overview

The Consumer Engagement Team is dedicated to creating excitement and energizing communities through engaging consumer experiences. Ambassadors play a crucial role in driving product trial and building impactful relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Cans in Hands: Generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling and approach consumers who need energy.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody the Monster Energy brand and inspire others to engage with our products.
• Building Impactful Relationships: Enhance sales opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
• Consumer Engagement: Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla sampling, approach consumers who “need” energy, distribute POS as required, and ensure professional interactions with consumers.
• Merchandising: Merchandise MEC products in the cold vault and in coolers, conduct routine store checks, and ensure correct and accurate POS display.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• May be required to travel when necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when required.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be able to commute to a storage warehouse located in 21090 zip code.

Pay

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $20 - $21 USD.

Schedule

Scheduled hours up to Management discretion.
