Consumer & Community Bank Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions, Strategy & Partnerships Associate

The Chase Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions team delivers next‑generation banking solutions to Chase customers. As an Associate on the Consumer & Community Bank Digital Assets team, you will help shape vision, execute strategy, and wear many hats across crypto, blockchain, and digital assets. You will work closely with lines of business to evaluate ecosystem changes, assess implications for Chase, and determine products and partnerships that deliver value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with lines of business, including identifying key elements, completing analysis, and making recommendations.
• Work cross‑functionally within Chase, JPMC, and external partners to identify, negotiate, and execute key partnerships and acquisitions that drive business results and support the overall strategy.
• Develop and deliver specific proposals with lines of business, covering vision, economics, and product definition.
• Partner with finance, legal, and other functional teams to create financial business cases, product constructs, and key terms for partnerships/acquisitions.
• Monitor the external environment for competitive developments and partnership opportunities, and communicate insights to line‑of‑business partners as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the crypto/blockchain/digital assets ecosystem with a focus on financial services.
• 3+ years of strategy, partnership, or deal‑execution experience.
• Experience formulating business strategy, including structuring problems, completing analysis, and making recommendations.
• Project‑management experience in a cross‑functional environment.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new or ambiguous situations without significant assistance.
• Deep analytical skills, including understanding of common financial statements and ability to build financial models in Excel.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Sense of urgency with a disposition to execute and a demonstrated record of successful partnership and/or deal execution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Crypto/blockchain/digital assets experience in financial services.
• Consumer financial services or banking experience.

Pay

Base salary is determined based on role, experience, skill set, and location. Eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
