Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute consumer marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and treatment consideration
- Translate brand strategy into scalable marketing programs that support customer adoption and local market activation
- Create and manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels aligned with business objectives
- Develop customer-facing marketing resources, toolkits, and promotional assets that support post-sale engagement
- Partner closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to identify opportunities to improve customer utilization of marketing programs
- Oversee the creation and optimization of consumer content across websites, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and marketing platforms
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and messaging alignment
- Create compelling consumer education and awareness content that communicates key benefits and differentiators
- Support demand generation initiatives designed to increase consumer inquiries, engagement, and conversion
- Analyze campaign performance, content utilization, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
- Leverage market research, customer feedback, and consumer insights to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving consumer behaviors to inform marketing strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, creative, digital, and product teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within scope
Qualifications
- Background within beauty, skincare, aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or related industries is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or customer marketing
- Experience developing and executing consumer-facing marketing campaigns and customer enablement programs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and performance marketing
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into practical marketing programs and tools
- Exceptional storytelling, content development, and communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting campaign performance and consumer insights
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment while maintaining ownership of key initiatives
- Portfolio of relevant marketing work required
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% to 30% for industry events
