Responsibilities
- Answer, process, and document incoming phone calls, e-mails, and letters from retail consumers in a fast-paced call center environment
- Learn, demonstrate, and apply knowledge of small appliances
- Crosstrain on specialty brands to support consumer phone and email inquiries, including white glove customer service
- Provide light troubleshooting and sales assistance where needed
- Order and Warranty Support
- Complaint Resolution & Retention
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills with experience in data entry, e-mail, and the Internet across multiple systems
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Pay
Starting Salary: $39,000 annually
Schedule
Standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Employees work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.
