Responsibilities
- Takes assignments successfully from concept to implementation.
- Collaborates with Consumer teams, market stakeholders, and Care Advocacy leaders to explore new ways to positively impact the consumer’s experience.
- Develops highly engaging learning solutions.
- Delivers training content and learning experiences that meet business needs.
- Leverages training to advance business strategy.
- Analyzes current training programs for improvement.
- Drives an outcome-based approach to learning activities.
- Seeks methods to measure and communicate training success based on desired workplace behavior and performance improvement.
- Performs needs assessments and program assessments in partnership with Consumer Advocacy and Care Advocacy leaders.
- Collaborates with the organizational learning management team to leverage available resources.
- Manages training content and ensures materials are updated and accurate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise around the Consumer-Focused work within AdventHealth [Required]
- Create and deliver appropriate training content in a virtual setting [Required]
- Proven skillset in assessing needs and driving improvement systematically and on an individual basis [Required]
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and diverse team [Required]
- Strong organizational skills, with emphasis on managing timelines, deadlines and prioritizing work appropriately [Required]
- Functional understanding of all Care Advocacy workflows, processes and technology for the purposes of creating new training content and learning material [Required]
- Ability to recognize and safeguard confidential information, maintain HIPAA guidelines, and provide superior discretion [Required]
- Ability to individually handle stressful situations and be flexible and adaptable to change while also navigating team members through change processes [Required]
- Results oriented, guided by both existing processes and problem-solving capabilities, always striving to assess and understand the needs of the customer [Required]
- Desire to be a part of a high performing, innovative group with a supportive team environment while focusing work efforts on creating superior consumer experiences [Required]
- Driven by a passionate desire to enhance and improve consumer experience and patient outcomes [Required]
- Strong written communication skills and ability to communicate quickly with a high degree of accuracy [Required]
- Strong analytical and computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) [Required]
- Experience with change management and change communication [Preferred]
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and education administration processes [Preferred]
- Strong understanding of AdventHealth network [Preferred]
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree [Required]
- Master's degree [Preferred]
- Field of study in an education-related discipline, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent degree in instructional design or curriculum development
- 1+ years of experience in training development or delivery [Required]
Pay
$59,652.52 - $110,956.61
