This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment and service solutions for customers including architecture and deployment services
• Collaborate with teams to provide consultative guidance and sales strategy planning
• Analyze customer expectations and craft tailored solutions
• Maintain strategic relationships to drive business growth
• Engage with key strategic partners and maintain technical certifications
• Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to marketing initiatives
• Drive outreach initiatives and mentor other team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and 8 years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role, or 12 years in a similar role
• Motivated self-starter with minimal need for guidance
• Strong understanding of industry challenges, regulations, and best practices
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions
• Excellent customer-focused communication and presentation skills
• Strong solution design and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed

Pay

$121,450 – $170,000 annually
